The total revenue generated from domestic tourism over the holiday period is promising data for the travel, luxury and leisure markets operating in and near China. The Chinese New Year has shown that the population is keen to spend and experience.
Revenge travel in China has been limited to domestic and short-haul destinations so far. Bangkok, Hong Kong, Macau, Phuket, Singapore and Taipei are the top destinations outside of the mainland, according to China’s official flight tracker.- Prev All Next
